John Beach is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and Certified Special Education Teacher and Administrator. He has over 35 years experience in the field of Learning Disabilities as a public school special educator and School Psychologist, as a Consultant to a hospital based evaluation team, as Headmaster at a private residential school for students with complex learning disorders. Currently he provides school based psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations and he teaches graduate students in education and special education at Curry College. He is on the Board of Directors at the Cotting School, and is a founding Director of Bridges Associates, Inc.
Mary-Jane Beach is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; an Approved Supervisor with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Clinical Intern Supervisor with University of Massachusetts, Graduate School of Education, Family Therapy Program and Antioch New England, Master’s Degree in Family Therapy; and an Allied Professional Member of the Association of Educational Therapists. She has worked with children, adults and families in public and private counseling, behavioral health, health and school systems for more than thirty years. She is a founding Director of Bridges Associates, Inc.

Karen Donelan, Sc.D, Massachusetts General Hospital: Senior Research Scientist in Health Policy, Massachusetts General Hospital; Faculty at Harvard School of Public Health and Advisory Board of Medscape. Karen guided program development in preparation for research and evaluation of the new model.
Norma Holder Hall, M.Ed. Consultant for Community Development, has played a significant role in the development of Bridges’ program models. She has a Masters Degree in Education and Counseling. She served as the Town of Barnstable Director of Community & Human Services for twelve years and is active on many boards.

David A. Kirkwood JB-S Enterprises, Inc: Financial and Business manager for a diverse philanthropic enterprise. David manages a staff of eight in pursuit of charitable opportunities. The company manages complex trusts and operates two charitable foundations in conjuction with the founder. David is manages technology upgrades and strategic planning..
Alex Messinger Alex developed and maintains the Bridges website. He works as a freelance web developer based in Burlington Vermont. He has extensive experience with e-commerce applications and e-newsletter development.
Carl Mores, Ed.D. (1991-present) Vision Discovery Consultant for not-for-profit organizations on long range planning and board development; Immediate Past President/CEO of Cotting School and former headmaster/board member of Riverview School. Carl has received national recognition for accomplishments in speaking, writing, administration and as an executive and has assisted Bridges with strategic policy and planning issues.
